From March 26th-30th, the LGT Venture Philanthropy team met with over half a dozen Thai social entrepreneurs who were shortlisted for the IVAP. LGT VP selected two promising Thai social entrepreneurs, Mr. Nawee «Jack» Nakwatchara of the Grassroots Innovation Network, and Dr. Kongkiat Kespechara of Pensook, as high potential IVAP acceleratees for Thailand (final decision dependent on further due diligence). Another three social enterprises are currently being studied for potential engagement in the near future. We expect to announce further finalists of the IVAP at exclusive Investors' Evenings.

The IVAP provides up to USD 50'000 and eight months of dedicated, on-the-ground business consulting support to help outstanding early-stage social enterprises reach the next level of growth and impact. These early-stage organizations demonstrate a high potential for scaling-up and positive impact, across a wide range of sectors such as education, renewable energy, resource management etc. If you are interested to learn more about the IVAP, please contact Joan Yao.
