LGT Venture Philanthropy is excited to welcome applications for this year’s LGT Impact Fellowship intake. Impact-driven mid-career business professionals are now invited to apply for one of the 20+ LGT Impact Fellowship roles based across Africa and India.
The LGT Impact Fellowship, launched in 2009, matches the capabilities of high-caliber talents with the needs of our portfolio organizations. The offering is open to seasoned professionals who are searching for meaning in their career and want to make a difference with their work.
As part of a 12-month, full-time engagement, LGT Impact Fellows strengthen the capabilities of LGT Venture Philanthropy and Lightrock portfolio organizations through the transfer of knowledge and expertise. Fellows are employed and compensated locally, with travel and basic living costs included.
Besides working at the portfolio organization, LGT Impact Fellows take part in an in-person kick-off workshop with other fellows and maintain this contact through their engagement. LGT Impact Fellows also have access to the know-how of LGT Venture Philanthropy through webinars and are actively involved in marketing activities.
Applications can now be submitted through our talent portal until 31 March 2024 for the intake in July/August.
