Applications for the LGT Impact Fellowship 2022 intake closed on 3 April, 2022. The recruitment cycle for the 2023 intake will start in spring 2023.

Please note that only professionals who meet the candidate criteria will be considered for the Fellowship, and that we can only accept applications submitted through the online talent portal.

Candidate requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree (MBA or other advanced degree in a relevant field preferred)
  • Minimum of two years of full-time work experience after university (internships during studies excluded)
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken (additional languages from relevant regions helpful)

The Fellowship Team reviews candidate profiles against these basic criteria upon registration. Only candidates who meet these requirements will be accepted to the Member Portal and be able to apply for the Fellowship.

  • Good understanding of challenges and trends in low to middle income country development
  • Willingness to live and work abroad and engage with other cultures with a positive attitude and sensitivity
  • Flexibility, open-mindedness and the ability to deal with ambiguity, unforeseeable events and a changing environment

Matching and interviewing process
