Founded in 2008, Quest Alliance imparts youth in the public education system with "21st century skills" (life and work-readiness skills) by leveraging education technology and partnerships with local organisations. Its flagship programmes place the student at the center and build the capacity of teachers at schools and skilling institutes to deliver engaging learning experiences. Embedded within government systems, Quest Alliance partners with national and state governments to strengthen curriculum, pedagogy, and career transition pathways, enabling large-scale systemic change. Over the past five years, Quest Alliance has reached over 3 million learners, and under its current strategy aims to deepen impact for 1 million youth directly while influencing millions more through curriculum and policy integration.
We partner with Quest Alliance as part of LGT Venture Philanthropy’s education strategy to support solutions that equip youth with transferable skills and, in turn, promote global learning and employability. We provide comprehensive support across three areas:
The LGT VP grant gives us opportunity to proactively build a resilient organisation and help us build a workplace of tomorrow. It will also enable us to invest in improving our impact assessment, strategic finance and leadership development.
