Continued commitment to the Operating Principles for Impact Management

As a founding Signatory of the Operating Principles for Impact Management (OPIM) since 2019, we have consistently upheld the belief that transparency and accountability are fundamental to driving meaningful and lasting change. Also this year, we reaffirm our status as a Signatory of the Operating Principles for Impact Management through our Disclosure Statement.

We remain committed to ensuring that every grant we support is guided by rigorous impact management practices - from the earliest stages of the selection of our partner organisations through to learning, reflection, and renewal. For us, impact measurement is not a compliance exercise. It is how we listen to our partner organisations and the communities they serve, understand what is working, and direct resources where they support best.

We also recognise that the strength of the philanthropic sector depends on shared learning and collective standards. That is why we actively contribute to the continued development of impact measurement and management practices across the field, including peer collaboration, sector convenings, and open disclosure of our own approach and findings.

Our annual Disclosure Statement sets out how our impact management system aligns with the OPIM framework, and how we intend to keep improving. We share it in the spirit of transparency and in the hope that it contributes to raising the bar for the wider sector.
