At my previous organization, I had the opportunity to work on behavioral change campaigns & develop IEC Materials for prominent programs under various departments of the Health Ministry. During my tenure, I leveraged communication activities to promote Maternal and Child Health initiatives, including Kilkari and Mobile Academy. The LGT Fellowship rightly provides me with a platform where I can closely work with the development team on such initiatives in areas of health in India. It allows me to develop my skills further and leverage my professional experience to benefit the host organization.
My background
I have worked as a marketing professional for over 8 years. I have had the opportunity to play different roles in Client servicing / Comms Lead where my core was in producing branded content and ensuring efficient execution of the campaigns, whether Digital/ATL/BTL. I have been serving as a Client Servicing and Strategy Director for Friday & Theo as communication Advisor to the Joint Secretary at the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare.

My past experience is in strategy consulting, having worked on several projects in the development and impact sector. I have over 6 years of experience in the nonprofit sector both in wildlife conservation and the agricultural livelihoods sector. Moreover, I had the benefit of contributing to the success of both finance and fundraising teams at two NGOs. Before joining the impact sector, I worked for several corporates in marketing, and administration. In addition to this I have been fortunate enough to go on an entrepreneurial journey, venturing into the Logistics sector among others.
